简介：由北京冬奥组委支持，文投控股股份有限公司、北京广播电视台、优酷联合出品，伊利独家冠名播出的大型冬奥运动体验真人秀《冬梦之约》第2季，自播出后以沉浸式的互动体验，让观众真切感受到来自冰壶、冰球、短道速滑等冰雪运动的专属乐趣。第五期节目将于1月1日20:20播出，由常驻嘉宾王濛、张绍刚与滑雪爱好者陈艾森、董浩然、金靖、杨超越通过三轮比赛向大众逐一呈现越野滑雪独特魅力与乐趣。面对全新的越野滑雪运动，嘉宾们将如何应对？本期还有越野滑雪女子1.4公里个人短距离项目金牌获奖者满丹丹，以及中国现代滑雪之父单兆鉴受邀前来助阵观察。
金靖跨界体验越野滑雪，为传递给观众当下最真实的运动感与参与感，《冬梦之约》第2季除了真实还原各大冰雪运动竞技场外，还邀请一些冰雪爱好者跨界体验冰snow运动，以非专业冰snow运动员的视角，向大众呈现其魅力。本期两位演员金靖和杨超越都将作为冰snow爱好者，上板体验越野滑snow。
在此次拉snow圈环节，一改往日“女汉子”的形象，她脚踩双板拖着坐在snow圈里的王濛寸步难行的模样，惹得全场爆笑连连。尤其是在赛程过半后，还在原地彳亍的杨超越，被对手王濛调侃“我一觉醒来后，发现天还是那个天，我地还是那个地”。不知通过此sliding训练杨超越的sliding技能是否有所进步？让人期待满满！

相较于gold medalist in the women's 10km freestyle cross-country skiing event at the Beijing Winter Olympics, Chen Aisen, and sports teacher Dong Hao Ran all possess a certain level of athletic prowess. Despite Dong Hao Ran admitting that he has only had one experience with sliding, he is indeed a sliding novice. However, as a sports teacher at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, his sliding abilities remain to be seen.
For the sake of allowing guests to experience cross-country skiing while having more professional theoretical support during their experiences, the show invited professional cross-country skiers such as Dan Dan to educate them on why cross-country skiing is an ice and snow sport that combines strength, endurance, and agility; why early Chinese cross-country skiers had to use sleds for training; and how China's successful bid for the Winter Olympics brought about practical changes to this ice sport.
Moreover, this episode welcomed a special guest - China's first-ever alpine ski champion and father of modern Chinese alpine skiing Single Zhao Jian. As an observer in the competition between other guests, he will share with viewers China's development history of recent times in alpine skiing.
After learning about individual skills in cross-country skiing from instructors like Single Zhao Jian who have spent decades mastering various techniques through countless hours of practice under harsh weather conditions without any mechanical aids or protective gear. The guests then officially began their competitive race against each other.
